  • Fairly obvious, email is not going to get your solution to your problem immediately, but if you have a nagging problem that you would like an answer to, drop us a line.  Within 24 hours, we will respond with instructions, a fix, or with contact information to the answer.

  • Need a problem solved fairly quickly, give us a call!  With years of expierence over the phone solving problems, we have the knowledge to get the information we need to get that problem knocked out!

  • A source of solutions for your problems & several others!  What you would get is a password to access the "Solutions Board" from the web & browse the fixes we have posted up in response to other clients problems!  When this goes online, this will probably be the quickest solution to documented problems listed so that you can easily find them.  When you have a problem, post a message to the board & we will repond with a solution.  When your problem is solved, you will be able to return to the page to refer to the solution at any time. 

    Also listed on the board will be other clients problems & the resolutions to those problems.  So, if you have a registered password, then you will be able to access the site at any given time.  If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us!
